【接続詞】 2つの文をつなげるはたらきをする。
(1) <if>>>

「(もし) ~ならば」と条件を表すときに使う。 if の文節の中は必ず現在形。
<< that≫
think やknow, hope などの目的語として文をつなげるときに使う。
ただの接着剤のようなものなので, 省略されることが多い。

「~(の)ときに」と時を表すときに使う。

「〜なので」と理由を述べるときに使う。
※日本語とは違い, 接続詞は表現したい文節の前につける。
