不能選c的原因是因為多了主詞代名詞，選D但你覺得怪的原因應該是因為D省略了受格關係代名詞，但文法上是正確的喔

C的話語意有點怪 the lady後面只會加關係代名詞
D的話可以看成省略了一個who
可以寫成(who) we are going to interview
因為這邊的who指的是lady 也就是受詞（接受動作的對象）
所以who可以省略不寫
