完了形 という形を習いましたか？

have made
have took
have been

などの形はふつうにあります。
have + 過去分詞
という形で統一されているので、have madeの２つで動詞です。

だから、the people who have made my life in Japan special
「日本での私の人生を特別なものにしてきてくれた人々」
になります。
