他の選択肢を入れたら意味が繋がらないですよね。
inだと支払いの中での方法、で訳が分かりません。toだと支払いに向けての方法、でなんかくどいですね。atだと支払いにおいての方法、でこれもくどい表現です。ofなら支払いの方法、で素直で一番適していると思います。
