の間でどの病院について話しているかどうか特定できる
ので、the を使う。a hospital でも大丈夫。一方、
Clinicとは規模が小さく、医者は1人か2人、患者は
ふつう入院しない病院になり、地域に数ヶ所あるものに
なる。話し手と聞き手の間でどれについてわかっていれば
the clinic/drug store と言えるが、そうでなければ
a clinic/drug storeとaを使う。名前がつく場合は
at the もいらない。
