So, while there's no hard and fast evidence yet that we
should be eating like cave people, it is of course unhealthy
to follow a diet that mainly consists of highly processed
foods like white bread and sugary cereals. Yet this
doesn't mean that all dairy products and grains should
be avoided. When (+)(comes, it, losing, to, weight), the
advice is still pretty dull
- eat less and exercise more
