すみません 英検の勉強について教えて頂けたら嬉しいです。 約1週間後に英検準2級の一次試験があるのですが合格ラインになかなか届きません。助言や勉強法があれば教えていただきたいです。

英検5級を受けるのですが、買ってきた参考書が、挨拶や、曜日などで、小学校で習って覚えていると油断していたのですが、違う参考書にはbe動詞や一般動詞などが載っていて、不安になりました。経験者の方、どのようなことが出たのか教えて欲しいです。対策も教えて下さると嬉しいです。
