「tell 人 about〜」のaboutは前置詞(？)なのにtellが他動詞になる理由を教えて欲しいです🙇🏻‍♀️

tell to もの with 人　 で英文を考えたのですが この形はありですか？？

至急です 不定詞の名詞的用法と形容詞的用法と副詞的用法の見分け方教えてください

aboutは他動詞の場合使わないって教えられてたのですが、調べたら他動詞の後にaboutが使われていて混乱してます。誰かaboutについて教えてください、

言う・話す系動詞の使い分け tell 人 about 物 say物 → 「say that~」 のパターンが多い speak to 人 talk to 人 特に tell は,直後の目的語が人になる というルールがあるんだ。 例えば **tell 人 about 物** で 「人に物のをことを 話す」 となり **tell 人 that SV **で 「人に~と言う」となるね。

目的語と補語ってなんですか？？
