星のついた2問についての質問です 1⃣何語を話すのかという部分は分かるのですが、分かりませんはi can't tellと言うんですか? 2️⃣間接疑問文は疑問詞の後に主語+動詞だと思うのですが、どうしてbroke(動)+that window(主)なんですか?

He had been passing this shop for many months, because it was near Jillian's *flat. But he had only been looking in the window for a few days.
