　　　　sinceを使う時は継続です。〜年前から今も。

for ⏩ 「〜間」
　　　 例))for three years
　　　　↪︎3年間
　　　forの時は完了です。もう既に終わっている。
　　　「for the first time」で「初めて」という意味
