初めまして。中３です。私なりに和訳してみると、
ボランティアで働いたら、自分の住んでいる街を掃除したいです。いつまでもきれいな街にしたいです。もっと美しくなってほしいです。
という文になりました。なんの題なのかは分かりませんが別に日本語的にも英文的にもおかしくはないですよ！
