As far as I am concerned，不是I's，後面這句可以，不過也可以改成nothing is more important than my health。
這部分就見仁見智，主要是出於句子的美觀，就像中文會避免字詞的重複而去使用同義詞一樣，前面用過As...as了後面就用其他的。
