英語、訳し方について教えてください！
“They use a computer to get information.
They must make a report by putting their ideas and a lot of information together.”

の対話文の「by putting 」の意味がわかりません。

put together の間に、ideas と information がはいっているだけです。
要するに、
「アイデアと情報を組み合わせて(集結させて)」っていうかんじです。
どこで英文が区切れているのかをつねに意識しましょう。

訳し方は主語を最初に訳して、後ろから前に向いて訳していくといいです。

by putting は、 置くことによって という意味です。
