(4) ifの直後のカタマリにはwill は使えない。
　　さらに、その文だと、「今すぐに起きたら、遅れるよ」という変な文になるので、正しくは
「If you don’t get up at once ,you will be late.」
となります。

あと、(１)は上の"Do your 〜"の文の形をそのまま使えば良いと思います。
つまり、"Go to bed after you do your homework.
(このとき、afterや beforeは接続詞)
