少しだけ直せばいいかもしれません

雨が降りそう→it will rain(beを追加せずにそのままでいいです)→beを追加するなら(it will be rainy)にします

(向こうにある)(木の下で)→(under the tree)( over there)

I think that it will rain, so let's eat lunch under the tree over there.
