１、 He himself cooked the lunch. 彼は自分で昼食を作った。
２、 The girls prepared for the party themselves. その少女たちは自分たちでパーティの準備をした。
３、 She enjoyed herself at the party. 彼女はパーティーで楽しんだ。
上の３つの文の再帰代名詞の位置について、1の文では動詞の前、2の文では文末、3の文では動詞の後にあります。
どういう時にどの位置に置くべきなんでしょうか？
