forは、ある期間の間ずっと
例えば、
3年前からだったら、since three years ago
3年間だったら、for three years
っていう感じです。

期間を表すsinceやfor〇〇がよく語尾につくと思いますが、その違いはなんでしょうか？
使い分けが分かりません😢
