I can help each other.
の部分が少し違和感があるので、
・主語をIにするならば｢私は友達(彼ら)が助けを求めている時に助けることができます。｣｢I can help when they ask for help.｣

・each otherをもし使いたいならば、主語をWeに変えて｢We can help each other.｣｢私たちはお互いに助け合うことができます。｣

とするともっと良くなると思いますよ！！
