notをhaveの後につけると、wantedを否定するので、「これは私が欲しくなかったゲームです。」となります。

This is not the game.「これはゲームではありません。」
どんなゲーム？→私が欲しかったゲーム（これを付け足す）
This is not the game that I have not wanted.「これは私が欲しかったゲームではありません。」
て感じです。
