｢私たちがここに引っ越してきてから3年が経ちます。｣という文を英語にすると｢It is three years since we moved here.｣となるらしいんですが、sinceがあるのに後ろでhas使わなくても文法的に大丈夫なのでしょうか？

since S have ppはないですね
