改一下會比較通順
Buyers may spend more than their budgets just to get the products they want.
我在budgets前面加了their，要不然那個budget是泛指，可能是指任何人的

不過我個人認為，如果你現在寫的這個是學測翻譯的話，那個「原本打算的」還有「只為」可以考慮照字翻（畢竟這樣是最安全的）
