為形容詞子句。不同種類的先行詞須用不同的
關係代名詞,文法:N+關係代名詞+
子句。
▶who:先行詞是「人」,如:
The girl who is talking on the phone
is my sister. (那個正在講電話的女孩是我姐
姐。)
▶which:先行詞是「事物」,如:
The story which is told by my
grandpa is very interesting.(我爺爺
說的那個故事很有趣。)
▶that:
1、一般狀況下取代 who/which,如:
Ms he the boy that you are talking
about? (他就是你們在談論的男孩嗎?)
2、先行詞同時包含人和人以外的事物,如:
The man and his dog that are
crossing the street helped the
police catch the thief the other
