(5) x2-5xy+4y²+x+2y-2
=x²+(−5y+1)x+2(2y²+y-1)
=x²+(-5y+1)x+2(2y-1)(y+1)
={x-2(2y-1)}{x-(y+1)}
=(x-4y+2)(x-y-1)
