はどう使い分ければいいのですか？

オルテガ

toの場合は「提案」に対するagreeです。

I agree to the proposal.「その提案に同意する」

withの場合は「人間」。

i agree with him 「彼に同意します。」

否定文で、

This food does not agree with me.
とすると「この食べ物は私(の体質)に合わない」のような使い方もありますが、

今はまだ上記の2つのみで構いません
