Would you はwill の過去形で could you はcan の過去形です 例えば、
Could you please tell me how to get to the station? だと相手が駅までの道のりを教えてくれることが可能かと言う意味で
Would you please tell me how to get to the station?だと駅までの道のりを教えてくれる意思はあるか
という違いがあります！
