anotherは、「別の」「またひとつ」の意味があります。例えばその人が今日の誕生日で20歳になると
「another Birthday」で、
「今まで19回の誕生日を迎えたけど、それとはまた別にまたひとつの誕生日が来た」
つまり、
「また誕生日がやって来た」という意味です。
