⑴はその店で売られている傘が主語で、その後のareが動詞です。

⑵は、これは誰のペンですか？という例文から見ると、Whose pen is this?となりますね。よって、Whose father is the man で、using a computer というのはthe manを修飾しています。

⑶は1と2の融合で、That girl で、それを修飾しているwaiting for a trainまでが主語で、looksが動詞。

⑷はbe interested in〜で、〜に興味がある。その〜の部分がthe picture で、drawn by himはthe picture を修飾しています。

大体は修飾したい名詞が先、修飾系が後にくるって感じですね。
