「沖縄の手紙から」という物語の感想文を書いているのですが
【沖縄戦は「沖縄の手紙から」の＿＿＿＿になった】
という文で表現したいのですが＿＿＿＿のなかにはモデルや、モチーフといった(現実に起きたことを題材にかかれた)言葉が類似してありますが、なんという言葉を入れるのが適切だと思いますか？
