勉強方についてアドバイスお願いします🙇‍♀️ 長文ですが、少しでも読んでいただきたいです🙏🙏 特に古文漢文の☆の所は、この勉強法で合っているのか不安なのでお願いします🥲🥲（もちろん人によってあっているあっていないはあると思いますが、、）

私は高1で定期テストでは、英語90点、国語65点、数 学45点です 模試偏差値は英語50、国語38、数学50しかありませ 8時 朝ごはんや身支度 (ざっと暗記事項を眺めながら) ん。 8時30分から12時まで勉強(教科は日による) ですが受験に向け、気持ちを切り替えて勉強に全て捧 ぐ覚悟を決めました。 13時までお昼休憩 最初の目標は進研模試偏差値全教科60とることです。 最近学校がオンラインなので、平日も大体このルーテ インです。 今のところ2週間目です。 13時から16時まで勉強 17時まで外で軽い運動 そこで私がやっている勉強方についてアドバイスをし ていただきたいです。 19時までお風呂、ご飯、休憩 (お風呂は単語を最低2ページは覚えてから出る) 休日のルーティン 19時から23時勉強 6時前起床 23時 就寝(寝る2時間前からはスマホなどは見ない、 →直ぐに寝る前に暗記したものを簡単に確認する 食べ物を食べない) 6時勉強開始 (寝る前にベットでざっと暗記したいものを頭に入れ てから寝る) →英語のイディオムや漢字やその意味、古文単語、漢文 での頻出後の読み、意味など、暗記事項を覚える(私 的に朝は暗記すると効果があると感じています) 8時 朝ごはんや身支度 (ざっと暗記事項を眺めながら)
