関係代名詞には、前にある名詞(先行詞)を文の形で説明する働き
がある。

先行詞が人の場合に使われる。

先行詞が、もの事がらの場合に使われる。

先行詞が人もの事がらの場合によく使われる。
先行詞が人の場合は、 who がよく使われる
