Summry Ban Shigern is a world famous architect. On January 19, 1995, there was a great earthquake the Hanshin area church had been badly damaged. He build a new church using paper tubes He felt that as an architect, he should help people affected by disaster. He started an NGO Voluntary Architects' Network in 1995 VAN works to help victims of disasters such as earthquakes and war all over the world. Ban is changing our world for the better.. My Answer He is a world famous architect. He is best known for using unusual materials like paper tubes, He began practicing architecture in 192 He started an NGO called Voluntary Architects Networ in 1995. It works to help victims of disasters such as earthquakes and was all over the world. In 2014 he won the Pritzker Architecture Prize. He built the church using paper tubes more than 30. Volunteers in Kobe together. In addition he built shelters for victims in Hail. Miyagi and so on.
