4行目の『well』についてなのですが文頭に『well』を持ってくると(では)などの意味になると教わったのですが、前の文で「6時までに帰宅しなければならない」と言っているのに『well』(では)を使ったら「では、私たちは6時に夕食をとります」っておかしくないですか？6時に夕飯だからそれまでに帰らなければならないと伝えたいはず→自分たちに合わせる感じ？なのに、この文だと「では、私たちは6時に夕食をとります」→相手に合わせてる感じ？でよくわかりません。直訳だからというのもあるのでしょうか？
