I want to study Japanese and English better than when I was a junior high school student.

I didn’t study them more than any other subject.

Until now, I didn’t know how to study.

But now I know how to study.

I want to do my best when I become a high school student.

I studied it less than any other subjects.
2文目はこう書き換えてはどうでしょう？
まだ習っていないかも知れませんが、「他のどの科目よりも勉強しなかった」というふうに言いたいのならこれが最適です。

あとはUntilはBeforeにした方が自然だと思います。
untilは大抵、ずっと同じ動作をし続けると言うニュアンスで使われるので。
例:wait until the rain stops(雨が止むまで待つ)

But now I know how to study.
now,(コンマがあった方がいいです)

あとは大丈夫だと思います。
