どうやって解くんですか?

赤線のところなのですが、回答に訳は書いていたのですがどこで意味?が切れていてどれが接続詞に値するのかなどが分かりません💦どういう風に訳せば分かりやすいのか教えて欲しいです🙇‍♂️
