中2英語です 〜行ってはいけません。と書かれていますが、 並べ替えもんだいで、do not goと選ぶところがないのですが、 （2枚目の写真）で意味が通じるのですか？ 何でdo not goがなくても通じるのか教えてください💦 よろしくお願いします🙇‍♀️

「followed」は、動詞のはずなのになぜ「must」のあとに「be」が入るのですか？
