仮定法のwouldの使う時がわかりません couldとwouldの使う時の違いを教えてください

答えは②なんですけど、used toの後ろに付かないといけない動詞の原型が省略されてるってことですよね？だと、③のwouldの後ろの動詞の原型も省略できないんですかね？お願いします😿
