現実 I don't have a beautiful dress, so I can't
↓
go to the ball.
※ball 舞踏会
想像もし美しいドレスがあったら、舞踏会へ行けるのに、
現実と反対の事を言う→<仮定法>
↓
If I have a beautiful dress, I car go to the ball.
これでは、ただの反対を言っているだけ。
これを想像だという為に、1つ時制を古くする。
If I had a beautiful dress, I could go to the ball. 仮定法
仮定法の作り方
現実 (1)肯定と否定を逆にする。

(2)1つ時制を古くする。
現在形→過去形
→仮定法
If節でない方の文には、必ず助動詞が必要。
If ~SA~
現実が過去のことだったら~魔法使いが来なくて、舞踏会が終わってしまった。

助動詞の後にす
