送電で高電圧で流すと消費電力が低くなる説明で電圧を高くして電流が低くするとあったんです。電圧を上げて電流は低くできるんですか？まず電圧をあげるって具体的に何をしているんですか？電荷を高めているんですか？だとしたら電流も増えてしまいますし。教えてください！！
