disturb→disrupt
disturbは邪魔をするのニュアンスが強いです
今回の場合はdisruptの方が自然です
when we act→when we put it into action
実際に行動に移してみるというニュアンスをより伝えるにはこちらの方が適しています
give us→主語に合わせる
質問者さんの解答の場合は主語が単数ですのでgivesです
僕の添削で書くならgiveで大丈夫です
viewpoint→perspective
新しい視点という意味ではperspectiveの方が適しています
think the plan→rethink the plan
thinkをそのまま使う場合は前置詞が必要でthink about the planとなります
また見直すというニュアンスを出すにはrethinkの方が適しています
