By looking at the picture, I can see Nigeria in Africa has the most serious condition which has more than 20% of children that needs a lot more education compared to other places. I can also see Pakistan is in a bad condition, similar as Nigeria as I mentioned before.

This tells me that developed countries has more power and opportunity to gain better quality education for example North America, which has only few children without education. But for undeveloped countries like Africa, they still have huge amount of children without any education that needs to improve.
