横向きでごめんなさい！過去完了の文章でサムの部屋はとても散らかっていた。彼は1ヶ月以上部屋を掃除していなかったのだ。を英語にする問題です。 私は動作の継続かなと思ってhad not been cleaningにしたのですが答えはhad not cleaned his room〜で解説に赤線のように書いてありました。これじゃあ動作の継続も状態の継続も分ける必要がなくないですか？赤線のようなルールが成り立つ条件でもあるのでしょうか？教えていただきたいです。
