second, parents can talk to them a lot. If they don't talk with their parents, it might be a chance.Therefore, l think they should take their children to museum.

even if→A even if B
もしbであってもaになるっていう感じなので、今回の場合、今はアートに興味がなくても、これから湧くかもしれないという意味になります。これが言いたかったのか分かりませんが、違うのであればまた教えてください。
have betterは、すこし怖い感じの言い方で〜しなきゃ何かがおこるよのような脅しのニュアンスが入っています。逆に、shouldは、〜したほうがいいよ〜的なニュアンスなのでこの場合shouldがいいと判断したので、shouldを使ってみました。
