先行詞the reasonに完全文をつなげるなら関係副詞whyを使い、

とするか
先行詞the reasonに不完全文をつなげるなら関係代名詞whichを使い、
Please tell me the reason which the company has reduced my annual salary for.
のどちらかにすればいいとおもいます
