ここにnot A but Bの構文がありますが、notの次のinterestedからがもうAの内容なんですか？それとも、inの後からですか？教えて欲しいです

inの後からです。...companies which are not interested in <<what kind of knowledge you have>>, but rather <<what university you graduated from>>.　こう分けて考えると、Aの部分と Bの部分が似た形で対比になっているのがわかると思います。この構文のときは、not までの文と、AとBの両方がつながらないといけないということです。だからもしAが interested からだとしたら、Bのパートの文が 'There are still companies which are not what university you graduated from'　となり、意味が通らなくなります。

なるほど。AではなくBなので、AとBの部分が対比にならないといけない。つまり、構造が同じ部分がAとBであるということですかね？
