→ ＜普通の文＞ After(接続詞) he(S) got up(V) at six, my father brushed his teeth before breakfast.

文章の自然さという観点でも、私にはどちらでもいいように思えてならないのですが(自然にかつ分かりやすくするならば"My father got up at 6:00, brushed his teeth, and ate breakfast."のようにすればいい話なので)、間違いではないのならよかったです。
