people try to changing their lifestyles by taking more vegetables, playing outside,and so on.
(カンマ後ろの文なので小文字で初めています🙇‍♀️)

→　people try to [change] their lifestyles by [taking in] more vegetables, playing [sports] outside, and so on.
※take in …　…を摂取する
