英検には初めて挑戦するので出来てないところがあれば教えて欲しいです。よろしくお願いします🙇🏻‍♀️

To begin with, I think that ~
→ To begin with, it gives young people a good experience to start something new by themselves.

I think ~ という書き出しは自分の意見を言うのによく使われますが、もっと英語らしい表現で it gives ~ とした方がよいかと思いこう書き換えました。
新しいことを始める、はstart new things より start something new のほうがよいです。

5行目
~ they have to study hard.
→ ~ they have to work hard.
又は、~ they have to learn a lot.
study hard は学校や試験のための勉強を頑張るという場合に合う表現で、会社経営や仕事で多くを学ぶという意味なら、work hard (一生懸命努力する)や learn a lot (沢山学ぶ) という表現が適切です。

5行目
So they can get ~
→ So that they can gain a lot of knowledge for running their companies.
(そうすれば、彼らの会社運営のための多くの知識を得ることができます。)

6行目
In addition の後にカンマをつける

7行目
~ they will be able to decrease ~. Because they ~
→ they will be able to reduce ~ because they work for themselves.
「ストレスを減らせるのは彼ら自身のために働くからです」と書き換えました。他の誰か(上司や雇用主)のために働く義務感やプレッシャーがないので、ストレスを減らせるという意味です。
別の書き方でも。↓
they will be able to reduce ~ because they have the freedom to do what they want.
「自分達のしたいようにできる自由が持てるのでストレスを減らせる」
