I want to go to England. The country is famous for a lot of interesting history and culture. Since it is very amazing, I want to go and see there.

のほうがいいと思われます。
Be famous for ... 「...で有名である」
History と Culture は不可算名詞なので、a lot of の方がいい。
So は普通文頭には用いない。
という点からこのような文章になりました。

補足として、
Since は Because でもいいです。
