in以降がおかしいらしいのですが、よく分かりません。

解説お願いします。

細かい指摘ですが、最上級の文ではin（of）が示すグループにyouが含まれている必要があります。
（例 クラスの中で一番～ 五人の中で一番～ 世界で一番～）

いま、in all the other peopleにはyouが含まれていませんね。なので、of all the peopleとかin japan, in the worldなどがふさわしいと思われます。

ちなみにother peopleを使うのであれば、比較級を使って
You are more talented than any other people.
と書きます。:-)
