Watch your character, for them become your destiny.

訳がわかりません。。

watchはVtで｢(注意して)〜を見る｣から｢〜を注意する｣という意味があります。(今回はそれです)

themは1行目から順に、前の複数名詞
l 1 them=thoughts
l 2 them=words
l 3 them=actions
l 4 them=habits
l 5 them=character(不可算名詞ですが、前と合わせてthemで受けてます。)

ここから後が少し分かりません。
本来であれば、
forは〜 , for ...「〜。というのも…だから」というように理由を表す接続詞になるので、
Watch your thoughts, for they become your words.となるはずなのですが、forを前置詞とみたのかはわかりませんが、themとなっているので？？？となります。

一応、theyであったときですが、
Watch 〇, for they become ▽.
○に気をつけなさい。○は▽になるから。

といったような訳になります。(多分日本語でも似たようなものがあったはず)

あと、forの代わりに、補足情報を表す｢,｣や｢;(セミコロン)｣が入ることがあります。
